terms | Policies

RETAINER POLICY
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure an event date.
The retainer reserves the selected date and time exclusively for the client and removes it from availability. Once reserved, that date cannot be rebooked or sold to another client.

Because event dates are limited inventory and often booked months in advance, the retainer is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to remit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation, and the retainer will be forfeited.

One date transfer is permitted if requested at least 30 days prior to the original event date and if the new date is available. The new date must occur within 12 months of the original booking.
